Good Butcher Shop In The Cities?

Hey guys, looking for advice on where to take the deer I (hopefully) get this weekend. I'll be up at Saint Francis, and live in Apple Valley, so I'll basically take 169 to 494, then down to my home. There's a Von Hanson's in town, but I've heard the're not the best place to go to. Just wondering if anyone has any places they like to take their deer that would be relatively close to me. Hard to beat Dehmer's in St Michael. I've taken my deer there for years and have always been satisfied.  I once had an entire smaller doe turned into venison bacon.  It's that good!   

I would stay away from Center Cut meats in Rogers and Albertville.  I've tried them on two separate occasions and the sausage and brats were so salty we could hardly eat them.
