Hey guys, I'm getting the itch for the opener as I'm sure most of you reading this are. Just wanted to share a quick exercise program that I found that will help you get in shape for the season. (Sorry couldn't find the Web URL to share and give credit to)

10 minute exercise, do every exercise for 1 minute straight with minimal to no rest in between.

1. Burpee's

2. Butterfly Sit-Ups 

3. Jump Rope Double Unders

4. Push-Ups with Rotation

5. Stationary Lunges

6. Chair Step-Ups

7. Chair Dips

8. Air Squats

9. High Knees Running in Place

10. Plank
