Can't decide. Fishing early Sat morning and can fish into late afternoon.

I've fished the mud enough times to know what I'm doing somewhat. Seem to pick up fish everytime I go out that side (usually launch at Red Door or one of the public launches around Garrison).

Never fished NE side but interested because of the structure I am seeing. Also hear smallie fishing can be hot out there, but I want to get into a good walleye bite too. Will be lindy rigging leeches/crawlers for eyes. Throwing the kitchen sink at smallies when going in shallow.

Can anyone help with current conditions of those two options and why you would recommend which?

Thanks,
