Since my current Navionics chip in my Humminbird 787 C2i seems to be old and lacking detail, I went to purchase a new chip and the only one that FF has is the Humminbird Lakemaster Plus edition. I can not find any definitive information online whether this new chip is compatible with my older Humminbird 787 C2i? I am not comfortable enough spending the money and have it not be compatible and then not be able to return the chip either.
If this chip is not compatible with my unit what chip should I be looking for to replace the current one?

That's ok, got the Bear hunting out of my system years ago. Still have some good spots on the GPS up in the Arrow head! Did love me some good greasy bear roasts though! 😋
Info is out. Got till may 2nd to apply. Kid and I have 6 preference it's so should be a good chance.
No leech I aint telling ya where or you'll follow me around. 🤫🤣
Yes, I'm on the West End. No crappies yet, but I caught a couple of Cisco's and some perch this morning. Been dealing with chores at the cabin since 10 AM, so not much fishing.
Hard to tell exactly how much snow the way the wind was blowing it around, close to that I'll bet! 3 sleds went by earlier. Brian, are you on the west end? Did you fish? Catch any crappies?
I was on the lake this morning. There is still a lot of ice. I went down to the housing on my auger a couple of times. I'm not sure how much snow we got yesterday and last night but it looks like around 7 to 8 inches at least.
