Walleye fishing remains pretty decent. However limits are taking a little  longer to achieve but still doable. I have been getting fish a bit deeper than a week ago and they seem to be in looser schools.  I have still been jigging shiners but im told they won’t be available much longer. With the absence of spot tails the rigs will come into play. I have heard leeches have been working also so options are available. I have been finding walleyes in 13 to 15ft of water near shoreline flats. Wind brings them in shallower but even on calm days we have just moved out and still find them active. Finding that first one is always key as usual.
