Otter tail Perch

Hey all, headed up to the area on Tuesday. Was wondering what water Temps were at and where 'eyes are hanging out (depth). Are the specks spawning yet? Also, we are taking my grandpa up and he would really like to get on some perch. Are there any lakes in the area that have a solid perch population and what should I be looking for (structure) etc.  Not looking for honey holes, just wanted to be pointed in the right direction. Been having some decent success fishing the flats on Ottertail with an 1/8oz jig and shiner. Key is to just keep moving until you find them. A lot of flats on OT so can be a difficult task. As for perch, I only target them on Ottertail during the winter and not really sure of any lakes with a good population in the area. You are probably better off fishing a bay or some weed/timber cover for panfish.
