Would love to catch crappies and tullibies on the same trip-where and when to go any ideas?

Eelpout would be fun too.

Thanks.

Vermillion has all three of those species. Might have to go shallow for crappies and deeper for tullies and pout.

Lots of nice slabs if you can find them.

Suppose big sandy...when the tullies rebound. Pout and tullies....hit up LOW. Both mid March. Would suspect there are some lakes north of 2 that would hit the trifecta, but doubt you will here much on here.....crappie holes are certainly a hot commodity, and seems like tullies are gaining respect and becoming tight lipped as well. Lakefinder and a gas can?!?!

There are certainly plenty of Tullibees on the west end, from what I see on the finder in summer. And there are crappies too.

I have no idea where either of them are in the winter, but they are around somewhere.

Vermilion has all three.

Crappie spots are very hard to get info. on from us! grin

Tulibee and pout are all over the lake. Best time for the hottest bite is in late Feb and March. Target the deeper water. 30' and deeper with a mud bottom.
