Pre mixed auger gas

Have you guys ever used these small containers that are already mixed? Ethanol free ready to go. A little more expensive but it elimates mixing it yourself and lugging around a gas can.

No way i'd put that garbage in my auger. I'll stick with amsoil and mix my own.

I have been using S.E.F. fuel from vp racing for a few years now and my auger is always running great. No its probably not any better than non oxy and mixing it myself but its real convenient to grab a couple cans and keep them in a 5 gallon bucket with tip ups.

This will be my second year using the VP fuel. I buy the stuff for 4 strokes that has no oil in it and add Amsoil Sabre right to the can. Easy to mix and keep in the can. I only go through a couple of cans a season so the extra cost is not that big of a deal.

Its an excellent option if you only have one or two engines that use mixed gas. The shelf life of them is around 5 years un-opened. I don't see how lugging around this can is any different than lugging around a gas can.

I just like its completely sealed, could throw it in a compartment in my four wheeler and not worry about it spilling. Or your habds snelling like gas or having to strap 1 more thing in my sled or on my fourwheeler

I ran trufuel all last year. Probably went through 8 bottles.

Expensive yes, but great gas.

99% of the reason i used them was for EASY TRANSPORT.

Bottles don't leak and there is not dumb government pouring spout

I saved all the bottles and i'll probably refill them with gas this year to save $$.

This is what I tried last year instead of a gallon gas can. I would fill auger and then fill a used 1qt oil bottle (little short of full for expansion) and take that with. Just have to make sure cap is tight. It never leaked yet. Just an Idea. Any thoughts or concerns welcome.

Maybe I'm just lucky but I've never had an issue with gas cans leaking and spilling anywhere. I always make sure they are loaded carefully though, and I don't have to transport gas inside a cab of a vehicle ever so that isn't an issue. This premixed fuel is probably a convenient, useful option for some, just not me. Plus, the way my solo sucks gas down it could get spendy in a hurry.

Where the benefit is that there is no ethanol in this can. Here in Michigan you don't know at the pump what the ethanol content is, this is a great product for final storage any 2 cycle engine.

Never yet had a need to carry a gas can. Like others I'll stick to mixing my own. Besides it's not that big of a hassle to mix 1 gallon for the season. Total cost around 5 bucks

Keep an old Seafoam can and reuse that for an extra point of whatever mixed fuel you use. I run 80 to 1 non-oxygenated gas with Amsoil Sabre. Mix a gallon at a time.

I also have never had a gallon gas can leak, but mine is old style with a rear vent, and regular spout. Its funny, these old cans don't leak a drop when you have the caps on, but the new "eco friendly" style leak all over, and leak when you try to fill something. That said, Trufuel is top quality fuel. As I already said, it last a lot longer than pump gas. If you don't have a gallon gas can, then this would be perfect.
