I am offering a $200 cash reward for locating it.

Somehow my OCD of checking to see if the garage door is closed at night failed last night.

I did a quick inventory before I left to go hunting this morning and noticed my generator was stolen!! This happened at my house in Stacy, MN.

Please keep your eyes and ears open for a red Honda 2000 suitcase generator that might be discreetly sold by a local (I assume) SCUMBAG mad

To help identify it:

It had a brass fitting on the gas cap and I installed a black hour meter on the side panel (to the left of the recoil and on/off switch).

As far as I could tell it was the only thing this D-bag stole.

Thanks for any and all help guys.

I'll see if I can find the serial number tonight and post that here as well.

If the douche that stole it happens to read this: please steal a gun next time and put the barrel in your useless....

Keep an eye on the list ran by the C guy.

Also, if you have the serial number make sure you give that info to your local authorities. They put the number into the stolen property database that pawn shops are required to use. I got an auger back that a scumbag decided to take out of the back of my truck. The smart guy waited until the next summer to bring it into a pawn shop. It wasn't long enough as they flagged the auger as stolen and ended up catching the guy.

Sorry to hear about this. Hopefully it ends well for you!

That sucks. I've been in the "holy dump I left the garage door open all night, what missing" mode before. thankfully, I've never had anything taken...that I know of.

Keep an eye on the list. That's probably where it will show up if sold.

They (or he) also stole a pile of crankbaits, an Aqua-Vu, my Dewalt drill and Dewalt radio, as well as my beer out of my fridge!! Scum......

Pretty much.... Lots of good folks live there, but lots of bad folks do too. B-man, I will keep my eyes open and my radar on. Without giving away exactly where you live, I am curious as a greater Stacy area resident. (central, northeast, southwest, etc...) Here is a link to a program the Chisago County Sheriff just started using to help with seeing what kinds of shenanigans people are up to http://www.raidsonline.com/ . I hope you are able to retrieve what has been taken from you, but even if you get it back, you will always have that haunting hurt of having been a victim. I know from experience.

That'd be my guess as well.......

We moved here three years ago from rural Wisconsin. We always left the house unlocked and the keys in our vehicles....... not once did we have a problem.......

On the THIRD NIGHT in our new home here, my work truck and my wifes car outside were ransacked, as well as some of our neighbors. WELCOME TO MINNESOTA!!

I heard they caught the perps sometime later...... Guess what side of the freeway they lived on...... smirk

Yep, it is the approximate location of the crime.

That little dollar sign in Stacy is from my report. Thankfully they don't put the dot right where it happened....

      application has been submitted. 👍   Leech......i've shot my share of bear......it be nice to get another but not the end of the world if i dont. i get to spend time with my son...its just another way to get into the woods. i've been at it since about 1976......that rush when you walk up to the bait and see the logs scattered all over and bait gone just doesnt get old for me.   i had to get rid of 1 rug because of bad tanning. i have another rug, shoulder mount and made 3 pillows from 2 different bear hides. my biggest issue has become what to do with the hide....that seems more of a trophy then the meat. i inquired 1 year at the Alex decoy show when there were a couple hide guys there and they didnt seem to interested. 🙄 i have no other ideas for the hide.......approval from the wife is not even negotiable!!!!!

      Something in May, like around Opener.  Could be white knuckles for boaters that weekend with the way things stalled out since the contest started and how thick it still is.   Highs in the 50’s coming but lows are around freezing and not a lot of wind in the extended forecast.   I’ll tell  ya what, if you change from 4/26 and it hits that date, I’ll buy ya some mythical FM beer.  And you know where you can find it. 😉. But don’t change on my account - this is still a free country!
