Get a 8' foot, 5" inch pipe. Bury 4 feet of it,  fill the rest with cement, weld a cage within a cage out of rebar with a tray in the middle so the birds can fly in and feed! Setup the trail cam and watch the poor bastard try and get the seed!

in reality pretty sure when the DNR was working on that landing last fall...........i'd guess they removed it!!!!!!

I was wondering how long it would take you to notice - and blame me!  It wasn’t there the weekend before the 4th I know!  We took my buddies duck boat with a surface drive motor out for the grand tour.

kettle, ot anyone up in the north country.....last time up i dint think the skeeters were all that bad, them sand flies, you know them blood suckin ankle biters where starting to get annoying and the deer and horseflies were starting to make there presence known........ how are they now????/headed up a week from thursday!!

Was out yesterday, plenty of deer flies and some black flies. I think we'll have mosquitoes until it freezes. So much standing water in the woods. Good news though, already seeing a lot of grouse. Lots of fawns and yearnings running around

Skeeters are big and nasty at vermilion.  Any bigger I might start a chocolate covered deep fried mosquito for state fair food.

For the dog days of summer decent mid day trip for a buddy and myself. He wanted some fish to take his folks to GoshDam this week for a fish fry. Tried a new lake, mainly on weedlines with jigs and leeches.

Also my electronics setup. Have the livescope ducer in my transom trolling motor as the only correct way to fish is backwards

Bass are over rated. You can throw a door hinge out and catch a bass!

You need to watch YouTube a little more.  There is video after video of little kids smashing big bass on their snoopy rods off the dock!  Bass are easy!

Pssst…. I have grandkids that catch ‘em too.  

 

I saw Neighbor guy once let a 30+ walleye flip off his measuring board and back into the lake that he reeled in on his  daughter’s Barbie rod.  To this day I only have to mention Barbie rod to get an eye roll out of him.
