I was out doing some yard work and two males with another went by. This is the best photo I could get.

Not albino with the dark head and front I would think, but definitely a color variation. I've seen some interesting color variations, some domestic/wild crossbreeds, and some just wild color variations.

It was back again yesterday while I was mowing the lawn. I have learned this is a Blonde Mallard. It has a condition known as leucism which is quite rare.
