It's all a matter of perspective. The business community wants more people. Us camper types want fewer people. The article had a business oriented perspective, as many of the outdoors pieces in the Strib do. It is what it is.

I thought the governors opener would be a zoo that following summer...I was very wrong and the fishing, as always, was great. Kab seems to be immune to both mad crowds of suicidal fish and miserable fishing/dead sea. I'm happy the lake I love sits comfortably below the radar of too many 612ers ( a wise kab friend called me that one day)

The hard working resort workers, guides and bait dealers etc... can always use a bump. Good for he area!

As long as Mille lacs is still the most important lake in the state....we are ok!
