Walleyes: Ernie's point, any where in Hole-in-a-day, grass point you can pull cranks, boat house area. Crappies go up into gull chain, greens lake or Margaret lake. If it looks good it usually is good!!!! wink

Talk to Bruce in the marina, he'll point you in the right direction. Say hi to my son who works there as well!

Love Lake is good for Crappies and Bass. Any where from the channel from Gull to the Marina down to the right. For walleyes on Gull, find the part of the lake that has the most wind blowing in to it and try trolling some original Rapala minnows on the shallow flats in the evening or early morning. 4 to 6ft.

And if you hit it at the right time you can sight fish for the crappies in the reeds. Bow Tie and Tower Bars are a couple of good spots, as well as a steep drop off north of Squaw Point. It's a beauty of a lake!

Fishing yesterday with my wife found some crappies barely get the second one in the boat and a Ranger with 3 guy moves right in. Can afford the big brand boat but can't find fish on your own.

Isn't that nice? Like a guy told us one time a long time ago its takes a real fisherman to find the fish and not to just look for the people catching them.
