Spearing in South Dakota

Lots of people out spearing for walleye and pike on Lake Oahe in Pierre, South Dakota.

Found a video about it. Starts with Goose hunting but about halfway through they talk about spearing for walleye. Cool video.

Yes. You can only spear one walleye over 20". Get's difficult to just watch the big guys swim by after you already have your one over 20" but rules are rules!

sure looks like a cattle dog....never heard of one in the field, but a really smart trainable dog. have seen a dalmatian and a standard poodle do very well so why not a australian cattle dog!

the kennel wherei picked up my pure bred chocolate lab has labradoodles! exactly what they looked like, a cross between a lab and poodle, even with that kinky, curly hair. i wouldt get one but they said there smart.
