Winnie, Third River

Anyone been out there lately? Was up in the first part of December and the river flowage was CLOUDY. Ended up setting our houses out from Eagles Nest. Kinda thought about heading back up there and wondering what conditions are like. Easy to get around or lots of snow?

We came home Sunday. Caught lots of sunnies and perch. Our group also caught a few crappies. Pike on the other hand were hard to come by. I think we ended up with 1 a piece for two days. Guy that went with us for the first time missed a big one...

last time when I was out there no weeds in about 8fow, and no where near as far out, Im thinking the panifhs are staying put because of the food supply! My advice is throw a firetiger daredevil down and watch the schools of fish come in...
