Moving Around

Say I am going to fish Mille Lacs from Noon until 8:00 p.m. I know you want to move arouud and try and to locate fish. I am not sure how long and how many times I should move on one piece of structure. Should I just focus on one spot all day and move around on that spot? Is it better to try as many different spots as you can? Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Kind of depends on where you are fishing.If you are out in the Gravel I would move around till I marked some fish.Flats I would move around on and off of the flat or move to another one till I marked fish.Now if it was getting towards evening I might sit on the edge of a reef/rocks or even a mud flat and wait for the fish to come in.Basically my electronics tell me if Im sitting or moving.
