charges for moving private house

I have noticed that some of the resorts, for a fee, move your private fishouse to a different spot. Macs charges a different fee based on distance and also if it is on a gravel bar:

under 1/2 mile = $25

Over 1/2 mile = $35

Gravel Bar = $80

Why would the gravel bar move fee be more?

Not saying that it is wrong, just sparked my curiosity as I just stumbled on this when I was looking for Mac's road map.

I wonder if its out to the 4 mile or 5 mile gravel - based on distance?

The place I'm at lists it as $30 on the web site. $15 only shows up on my bill at the end of the season though. The move I usually make is about 4 miles. I have a very lightweight house though.

It's because gravel Bar is way out at the end of the road. Charges are based on distance and that my friend is a long way

80 bucks is what I pay, I also get a wide driveway plowed, propane delivered when I need it, and the house pulled back in at the end of the year. It takes alot of fuel to keep the roads open that far out.
