Offroad travel conditions?

Gonna head up this week sometime. Was wondering how much snow is on the ice, ice thickness, will i be able to travel off road in a four-wheel drive 1/2 ton pickup? I plan on going out of Garrison Sports about 5 or six miles out, anyone know the conditions of their road?

Thanks.

I was out of Garrison Sports yesterday and the off road travel is pretty good. Just need watch for drifts where houses may have been when you get off the main road. They have the bridge out, but the crack is healed and the road was plowed around it. I didn't measure the ice where I was at but it has to be close to two feet or so.

Any vehicle can off-road right now as long as you don't try to drive over a crack or a snow bank. Can't remember better travel this late in the season.

I would feel confident driving my fiances saturn around the lake on or off road. It was hard enough to get enough snow to even bank my portable. Just be aware of cracks theres a few out there.
