I have a wheel house door and the Door Knob freezes up all the time Then the door won't stay shut I tried wd40 And It still freezes Any ideas to help stop this Grease ?

Use a different type of oil. I use a light oil like air compressor oil. remove the screws and the entire knob essembly. lube it all up, including putting oil right in the key hole. reinstall. Good luck!

If you believe the problem is caused by the elements, try this. My door knob is the standard household entry type and what I use is a tennis ball. Just use a 1" hole saw to cut a hole in it, then make 4-6 slices from the hole outward so that you can place it over the knob. The rubber in the ball makes it easy to open and close with the ball in place. Just remove the ball to unlock the door.

Thanks I well try it. I'm Sure it's from the heater but last weekend the wind switched and was hitting the door so i'm sure that didn't help
