Here's an odd but good recipie

put pike filets in microwave safe bowl.

add lemon lime soda pop until fillets are covered.

cook in microwave until fish flakes but firm.

drain fish. add butter salt and pepper to taste.

enjoy.

A friend showed me this. i was a bit aprehensive but it was great! grin

i have done the same thing pretty much but i bring 7up to a boil then toss in the chunks of pike for a few minutes then dip in butter taste really good

This is a good one if you want to try it out.

Batter filets in frymagic and fry in oil, until golden brown. Then take a piece of bread and spread a thin layer of strawberry jelly in it. Place the filets on the bread and enjoy. sounds weird but really tasty

I used to take pike fillets lay them on a paper towel put squares of butter on them, sprinkle lemon pepper seasoning, and nuke until done. That was a great treat at work.

I like to cube mine and boil it in pickle juice the dip in butter, the hot pickles are great if you like a kick.
