Starter Rest

I bought a bow for my gf the mission maniac, and am starting to put it together, not sure what type of rest i should put on it yet. Since she is new think it would be better to put a full capture rest like a ripcord or QAD, or a normal prong type rest maybe a NAP or a bododdle. Oh and i wont ever put a biscuit on there either i used one for a few years and never again.

I think you should put yours on there and then get yourself something nice and shiny new.

I would also look at the NAP Apache. Only 60 bucks and you don't need any tools for adjustments.
