Thinking of headin out to the flats. Wondering how many inches of snow are on the lake, and if its going to deteriorate with the warm days comin this week.

Thanks.

Sled travel will be fine across the lake. Plenty of snow on the lake. Like mentioned above, there are areas were ice heaved a tad and the snow collected. But no big heaves like I've seen out there in previous years.

Sled wouldnt run. Ended up driving out on Twin Pines roads. About 12" of ice, 2-3" of powdery snow on top on Wed.

Then it rained all day Thursday. By 6 PM it was 3" of slush on top the ice, Standing water in the roads. Hope we get a hard freeze quick.

We set up on bottom or top edge of any flat and got a few bites at prime time each night. Landed a 22 incher 9AM thurs morning on 3 mile.
