Has anyone ever had a day/night when spot tails out produced leeches when slipping on Milly? If so, what time of year and what general type of structure were you fishing.

right now if you can find em these walleyes are looking for anything and everything to bulk up after the spawn... their like feeding bags... expensive though for shiners....

Thank you for your input. However, u did not answer the question. Lets do this again. Have you ever had a day/night on Milly while slip bobber fishing with shiners and it seemingly out produced leeches? If so, what time of year and what type of structure?

late fall near fischers off the break. rigging with shiners was the ticket but cant remember how long ago in years...

Definately. We used grass shiners every weekand for a 2 months after opener. They outproduced leeches every single time(like 3 to 1) on the North end sand and also on the rocks around agate bay. This was about 4 years ago and it seems like that was the only year where this happened.
