more charging power out of motor?

Question

Is there an add on or higher output alternator that can be put on the outboard to run more accessories. or should i just get another battery.

I would go with another battery. I don't think you want to run too much off of the main battery.

I know they make an on board battery charger that runs off the engine and also use it as a land base on board charger. But I think these are best for run and gunners or someone that trolls alot.

Right, but the alternator still can only put out only so much.

No, they don't make a higher output alternator / rectifier. Unfortunately it's not like a vehicle where they have different options.

thanks guys that is what i was wondering. kind of like the alternator that you can get to run a wielder off your truck. only smaller for more goodies. plan B, another battery.
