Summer launch service

Hi guys,

I am planning on having my bachelor party at my cabin near Boy River, and I was thinking about going fishing with my friends. I am wondering if there is a launch service available on Leech Lake that could accomadate 10 to 15 people. I know that Mille Lacs Lake has launches available, but I am unaware of any on Leech. Any help is appreciated.

I think Tongas in Portage Bay still offers a launch service. I'm sure there are a couple others. Just Google it and you should come up with some ideas.

City Dock Service in walker also runs launches,next to the Chase Hotel.

If your cabin is near boy river then Tongas is the way to go. Just up the road in Federal Dam.

You can't go wrong with going out with Dan from Tongas.

I paid $65 last year and went out twice with him. Nice

family run business. Don't forget to get a burger and a

bump at Abe's place there in Federal Dam. Smaller boats

that the big launches out of Garrison. Have fun.
