There are fish by ada. I usually am at Twin Valley fishing though. Mostly cats, but if you find a good hole there are walleyes in the river. You must work for the ambulance. I am the TV Officer. Later.

The wild rice gets really shallow around Ada during the summer months. I'm originally from Ada and used to fish the river often but rarely do anymore. I have a few good spots still. I have inlaws that live outside of TV, so when we do get that way I'll try around Hieberg.

Look for feeder creeks, or ditches flowing into the river with moderate current. Pitch jigs into side river rockpiles. Fish cut bait in holes or drop them in front of snags and you'll find cats.

Hieberg is right north of Twin Valley. Go East on 200 then south about 1 mile over the bridge and take a right/west. Right by the dam, or on top of it now. Haven't been down there yet, water is fairly high, but you should be able to catch something.

The water is low. Have been down some lately. Mostly golden eyes, one big carp and a few smallies.
