Did anyone make it to Spring lake today, I was planning on plowing some ice this morning but was unavoidably sidetracked.

Yes Scott Co., friday it was full of floating crystals, like floating quicksand. Hopefully the dock goes in soon.

we drove by the north end Saturday evening and there is about 40% ice cover on the lake. The whole north side is clear except for the eastern bay yet. The bay with the access still was all floating ice yet. wont be long...

As of about 2:00pm on Sunday, the view from CO RD 17 still looked like the lake was still partially covered but VERY thin. I bet 24 hrs will do it!

Went there (Spring Lake) at about 5 PM today (Sunday) and the ice is completely gone!

There was one guy out there in a Ranger cruising around the lake. He looked like he was testing his rig. He had the whole lake to himself and probably has first boat of the season bragging rights

Prior still has a fair amount of ice, however I'm guessing it will go in a couple more days. It had that look.

Fish Lake also still had ice, which surprised me. I guess it is protected enough from the wind.
