What did you do during the blizzard?

This is what I got accomplished. I tore the carpet out of my sons room and installed the laminate flooring to help cut down on dust and dander as he has alergy induced asthma.

Look nice Wade.

I used up a few hours moving 12" of wet heavy snow. Plugged the blower repeatedly and sheared pins.

Thanks Frank. Sorry to hear about your snow blowing troubles. I have decided that this snowfall will just have to be driven over until it melts. Only about 8" in South Range, so lucky for me my vehicles are 4x4 and 17" tires. I am just not plowing it anymore. Besides, with the ground thawing, I'd push half my driveway into the yard along with the snow.

Between last weekend and this last storm we probably got 45 inches of wet heavy snow, no way to just drive over that. I thought about it but the dang drifts in front of the garage were to high and yesterday the dang plow came and even widened out the path they made last week so I came home to 3' + snowbanks mad.gif You ain't driving over that!

Cleaned out the desk/filing cabinet. Set up a new muskie outfit. Watching Tiger lose the masters (maybe). Heading down soon to toss some spoons for loopers.

North: remembered I lost my last b/s kroc last time down, so i opted for a run to gander instead to restock, lures, line, etc...I'm headed down in the a.m., will post back. I expect it will still be pretty muddy, I'll probably take the hobie pontoon so I can get out to the edge of the mud.

Sat back and relaxed. Then did stupid things like finish my taxes(uncle sam is grinning). then paid bills and drank after that. Now that is what you call a fun snow day.

Ahh, the ol' FE. Hope you did well. I took mine about 10 years ago and I think my HP-48 is still overheated. grin.gif

I went to work. Then home to move some snow out of the way. I only did one lane down the driveway and a enough room to get the cars out of the garage. . The rest can melt. That was some of the heaviest snow I can remember. In the evening it was out to dinner with the wife.
