First Trip This year!!!!

1 post in this topic

Made it out to a local lake yesterday for the first time this year!!!! Water temp was around the 50 degree mark and the water level was down about 6-8 inches from normal... Had a tough time getting the boat into the lake since the public dock was not out yet...

Found some perch sitting right next to the drops in 6-9 feet of water and found a few slabs suspended out in the deeper areas of the drop. With the warm weather coming in it should make for a fun perch/panfish bite soon!!!!

Good Luck...

I had a battery op Repala a few years ago and sold it to someone else at our campground. Didn't like the way they just zipped through without following the fillets and lost a lot of meat. Really suk's on a partly frozen fish!   Mine came with a case.
