SOLD

16 ft Starcraft aluminum boat with 20 hp Mercury motor and Shoreline trailer. Boat and motor are 1970's era. Motor was tuned up last spring and should run decent again this year. New prop last summer. Trailer had brand new hubs and bearings in 2005. Also had brand new lights, wiring and trailer tongue in 2005. Boat has wooden bench seats, with the second one removed to make more room for net, gas tank, etc. Boat also has some minor dings from a storm in the late 1980's. One hole above the water line was professionally patched and has never leaked. Gas tanks and anchor come with too. Boat, motor and trailer have been stored inside garage since '05. A decent fishing boat, I'm just being pushed into upgrading to a Tracker. It's a great gal that I have!

Sorry, sold in one day.

$999.

Most of our fish came on minnows under bobbers. I spooked countless fish with even subtle jigging.

I never made it out Monday was too tired from fishing Friday - sunday didn't feel like getting up early

Hey, Here a quick update on actual ice thickness or snow cover on trout. 14 inchs of ice pressure ridge out there. if you are  on a snowmobile if traveling fast on it watch for it. Truck or car i do not recommend on trout with pressure ridge. And yes i have been on the whitefish chain this year in truck. just not on trout. just my 2 cents

Thanks for the info everyone. And Borch that is good to know too.  I try to spend 2-3 hours looking on cedar each trip, but It's a lot of water to break down , and having only been out hardwater cattin 6 times so far I still have a lot to learn.  Generally I spend a lot of my 3 hours losing confidence and then wind up at the meth hole to catch a few .  Putting in the work is what makes it so fun once it all comes together though!
