Thinking about hunting the Walker area this week, anyone seen divers on the way down after this weather?

Haven't been up since last weekend, but seen a couple of flocks of Ringers that were 30-40 strong! Even 2 flocks of mallards in the 20-30 strong range... Kinda early to see them so bunched! I heard yesterday that there were definitley new birds moving into the central portion of the state. My son even shot his 1st Black Duck... course I was getting the full field report of him and another foreman I gave the day off to, while I was sitting at my desk! frown.gif By 9 o'clock that had 6 and said they should've been done an hour earlier, but fanned on a couple of ducks.

Good Luck!

Ken

In the summer and fall the night bite is excellent on Cass for eyes.  I'm not much help come winter time though.  With the clearer water due to zebra mussels, I would bet the night bite would be good.

When I discover it I will let you know. I have not figured it out yet.

Depends on your layout. If the walls can be easily removed inside that is usually the better option. If too much stuff is in the way...then yep...do as Cliff suggests.

Is there a special dance or ritual I can do in an attempt at pleasing said fish gods? Cuz my moves and dance skills just are not up to par this year! Lol.
