Advice

Me and a Couple of friends are going up to mille lacs this coming weekend 10/7/06. i am looking for any advice, tips or help from anyone. we have never been to this lake and its a big lake so catching anything would be good. we are going to be starting about 8:30 am or so if that helps.

Yep - you could even go back a month and get a ton of good fall fishing info

I assume you're going for walleyes?

Read past posts, but it seems you need to fish reefs in shallower water.

Read the previous posts. It might take some time, but it will help you out!

      Had a jake come in at 6:25, thought it was a hen with it putting and cuts.  No gobble or fanning at all.  Caught us by suprise when we seen a little beard.  No bird for Abi yet.

      Finally made it out again.  This time with Abigail.  Bumped 2 birds on the roost walking out.  Hope they weren't toms or there are more near by!   Have heard a couple of gobbles in the distance.  Nothing close.   Good luck
