Digital trail camera ... What should I get?

4 posts in this topic

I am looking for a digital trail camera that is of good quality. I want it to take good pictures and be effective. I also want it to be able to take 5-10 sec movie clips (but good quality). My price range is anything under $175.00. I also want it to be able to use SD cards so I can get two and just swap each time i check the camera. I also want the feature that allows me to see how many pictures it has taken since the last time I checked the camera. I've had a 35mm camera one and it does the trick but i am sick of having to get a role of film full of doe pictures developed. Any suggestions will be greatfully taken.

Thanks

-Ted

Check out the deer hunting forum on this site. Lots of discussion about these units.

New to the forum. Glad I was able to find a good forum for trout fishing in the SE area! I had probably my best year of trout fishing this year on the whitewater. Here are a few that I managed to get throughout the year. The first one was in the 16" range and the second one was about 18".

Whose road is that at the bottom of the picture? I am thinking that one of JR's roads is the one that goes off at a diagonal, the second road from the bottom of the picture. The road I am asking about seems more toward the reservation line.   Thanks.

Myr Mar is open on the northwest side. Garrison sports is too, I believe.

Fish the deeper holes and you'll find some suspended cats. They seem to be cruising around about 28-32' under the ice.
