MUSKIE OPENER

3 posts in this topic

Any realistic tips for Minnetonka for opener? I've never fished this early in the season for Musks. Usually I'm a fall Muskie guy. Ive had some success in the fall with cast and retrieve with large colorful bucktails. Is the Spring time any different. Are the patterns usually deeper? Early morning??? Any decent info would be really appreciated.

PS It's really good to be back...

You'd probably do better if the you fished with two hands instead of one hand on your rod and the other holding a beer Z daddy. grin.gif My boat is ready this Saturday, but I have a wedding. Lets try to get together the following weekend and chase the skies around.
