Public Access?

I was wondering if anyone could tell me where the nearest public water access is under the 494 bridge in south st. paul? any help would be greatly appreciated!

It's right under the 494 bridge.

Right now the hardman exit is closed so you have to get off at concord st go north off the exit take the 1st road to the right and will bring you back east towards the bridge.just go to the 2nd stop sign and good year will be in front of you.You have to turn left there(thats hardman)and turn right just past the goodyear.That street will go under the bridge and dead end at the launch.

If you are heading west on 494 across the Wakota bridge, take the Hardman exit then follow the signs under the bridge to the access. Hope this helps.

It's right off of County Road 21, about 3 miles south of Afton State Park.

Bluffs Regional Park - it's one of the Washington County parks, so if you get the sticker you don't have to pay to park each time.
