It's located between Stillwater and Bayport. I go Hwy 36 east to 95 south. When your on 95so, you'll see a big smoke stack and a sign that saids Kings power plant, take left there and follow the road to the right. There will be a parking lot on your left and you'll have to walk a ways down to the river. I found it last week by accident trying to find another access to the river, though I was on to a new access until I saw the Guarded gate. Talked to the guard he seemed cool and told me about the trail to the river.
