Reno walleye

spent the weekend on Reno, Northeast end. The ice is 8", snow in the top 3 inches, the bottom 5 is clear and solid. Several heavy houses already on the lake.
We got skunked on Friday night, Saturday morning 12" walleye were biting, the best action seemed to be in 15' of water. A few bigger fish were caught, and several missed. But most were 11-13". I heard bigger fish were being caught on the point toward the west end. Didn't actually see any.

I was on the west end Saturday and Sunday morning. Alot of 12-14 inchers and only one loley 20 incher. Jigging wasn't too productive. After 11 PM the rattle reels kept me up almost every hour until sunup.
I was out from the access about 3/4 mile on the last ridge before it runs deep. Shiners seemed to be the bait of choice.
