Access on Otter Tail?

Where is the public access on Otter Tail. Is the one right off Hwy 78 decent? Also, is it still possible to drive on the lake with all the snow? I am thinking about giving it a try this weekend. If there is a better access, let me know. Thanks in advance.

The access off of 78 was tough on Sunday-One guy stuck in front of us needed to be pulled off the ridge that is on the shoreline. Imagine the tons of blowing, drifting, accumulating snow will be tough for the upcoming weekend. We bottomed out pretty good on the way out w/F150 4X4 on Sunday too. Don't know about the other access's but if you have a snowmobile I would bring it. (some flooding going on too)
