Can you legally drive a four wheeler from channel marine to the winter access on the chain?

If the lake is frozen you can follow the path snowmobile take to east lake the cross 22 right at the summer access but you can not drive on any highway including 22.

If the lake is completely frozen you can take east lake to cedar island then cross at the winter access, but you must know the lake to take either route due to many bad ice areas
