Island Lake

Does anyone have any information or suggestions about this lake in the north metro right off of 694. I was looking at the maps and it looks to be very shallow but it also looks like there are a good number of fish in it as well. Have any of you fished it and done well especially in late may and early june? I am just curious as to how I should fish it and whether or not it is even worth fishing. I will prolly be looking for panfish mostly. So any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

keep fishin'

Wall I King,
There is already a thread about this lake.
I have fished it a lot. The pan fish are in there but you have to look for them. Your best bet is in front of the bridge. You can catch some small eyes, crappie and some nice perch. The bit is hit or miss

Good luck
