Minnewawa pet sanctuary

Thanks for putting up with Wade and I - we had a great time -- I can't believe all the bass this year - we ended up with 15 bass, 7 northerns and one Jumbo perch which we caught at Milacs on the way home. -- hopefully next year turns out better - i'm thinking that maybe BSL is a morning lake - based on the color of the water etc. -- hopefully we get up there before you head south -- have a great day -- and get out and move smile.gif

nope - we fished Thursday evening -- out on North Bell off the point -- could see them on the locator but couldn't get them to bite - when the sun set (it was cold and windy) the fish disapeared as well. -- the bass were caught on wawa as were the northerns.

Who wants to fish in the dark, best thing about Vermilion is the ability to catch walleyes during bankers hours.  I would recommend looking into one of the private rentals on the lake (VRBO, etc.), most will have a private dock and offer more privacy.

Hey Bob,   We are coming up this weekend, fishing for the entire day on Saturday the 21st.  Osakis has been on my radar as have a few of the chain lakes, however with it being so long since I have fished in the area, I just wanted to see if there were any other suggestions for a decent multi-species lake or at least one with a chance for having a respectable crappie - walleye combo.   We also have been looking into Mary, Ida, Irene and Oscar.
