Was out on fox lake wednesday from 6am till 11 am and here`s what i caught. 4 cats 1 6.7#s 1 5.5#s and 2 3-4 #s 10 nice size crappies. All caught in 10-12 fow trolling salmo hornets 2-2.5 mph

No walleyes? I would like to hear what the crappies were biting on and how deep you were. Any size to the crappies? We pulled some nice walleyes out of there in June, before the "green up".

What size Hornets? #5, #6 ?

If you ask me, Walleyes can't compare to Catfish. In fight or taste.

I'll have to find Fox Lake and see if I can catch a Channel Cat for the table. I hope there are some smaller ones.

The hornets were 6 hf and 5 hf yellow dace and metalic-orange colors.No eyes hitting on the cranks at all.

The crappies are good eating size and they like to bite best after 10am north of the power plant in 10-12 fow.Hornets are what they like.Crawdad,yellow dace are best
