Albertville area

Hi guys. Have lived in the Albertville area for almost 2 years now. last year I just went back to my old haunts down in the cities. Well my favorite lake keeps getting treated for weeds and it's killing the good fishing out there. So I am looking for a few good lakes in wright county hopefully not too far. I have fished Sugar before but not in depth. What's a good bass lake? Also how is the river fishing? I have a 17 foot alumacraft, will that work on the river or is the river shallow? Also, looking for ramps that are not steep inclines as the boat is a little heavy for my car right now....need to upgrade that.

Thanks in advance!
