Minnesota River Fishing Report.

Well the MN River has dropped from 8 feet to 6 feet in the Redwood Falls area and is still dropping fast. Water temps have been hovering around the 60 degree area. Cats are starting to put the feed bag on finally. Most fish are being found in back water or tucked in behind log jams. Bait of choice that has been working the best is River chubs. As for Flatheads, they have not been very active yet at all. The big walleye bite has also dropped off with the water dropping. Some are still being found but not as frequent as they were and harder to find. Current is still very heavy as the water continues to drop.
