Could someone tell me how to fish by the wing dams. Do you fish on top of them or what. And what do you fish the with, I heard willocats work is that true. And are the only dams by the back channel bridge in red wing

You want to fish the front of the wingdams from the top on down to the bottom and the area in front of the wingdam. That's where the active fish will be. There is a natural current break at the base of the wingdam and the fish will hold there. Also the washout area at the tip of a wingdam will hold fish. Anchor upstream about a cast away and work the face with crankbaits or three way rigs.
