Portable fuel tank on wheels

anchor man

Question

I saw a 14 gal. fuel tank in the Cab. catalog with wheels and a hose for $149.00. I really like the idea of being able to leave the tank on the dock and use the hose to fill the boat tank. I'm curious how well/fast the fuel flows from tank to tank. Anyone use this type of portable?

We borrowed one on our trip to Lac Seuel last year and it worked really well.

The fuel runs out fairly quick.. considering it's gravity fed. I didn't think it was too slow of a flow or anything like that.

Keep your eyes on it. Our friends had one stolen from their dock.

I love it for the cabin... that thing sure saves on my back, since it seems I am the only one to fill the boat. Why is that grin.gifconfused.gif
