what is the average size fro panfish down there (crappies, sunnies, perch)

Lake Shetek and Sarah have some decent crappies, up to well over a pound. Sunnies are very rare down here and the perch typically run 6 or 7 inches. Shaokatan does have some jumbo perch, if you can find them.

Bloody has nice crappies also. I agree, sunfish are rare. Most of the panfish guys are going for perch down here.

A lot of the lakes that have 6-7 inch perch in them also have perch a lot nicer than that in them. You just have to be at the right lake at the right time.
