COKATO LAKE

Recommended Posts

Was out in early Jan. and did good on walleys. 12-15 inches.

It was a long walk, but went to south end on 20' bar, worked out to 25-30' and got nice crappies and walleye's..

Possibley will try north end before ice out. Bobber and glow in dark hook works best. 1-2' off of bottom. Nice lake!

Thanks for the info, I think that I may also try fishing it for crappies before the ice goes out, I will post and let you know how I do.

If you go after ice-out, make sure you have someone go with you. That is a really bad boat access right now due to the really low water, and you will have to bring waders if you don't have any help! smile.gif
