Which dates are better??

I am looking to take my kids to LOW and using a sleeper. We are looking for either Jan 26th-28th or February 23rd-25th?

Which weekend is usually better for fishing??

Not sure what area of the lake you are thinking about. If I had to make a choice I would pick the Feb dates based on the area of the lake I fish, which is out of Riverbend and over Pine Island. Good luck and hang on. Bill

I was looking at a Riverbend sleeper. I have only been to LOW a couple of times and not for 6 years.

What is the fishing like then? Is it still walleye and sauger or are there perch biting then also?

The Sauger bite is steady in the deep water. Walleyes

come and go and you can expect a Perch or two a day. I

always think "the sooner the better" to make the trip.
