That's one of the dangers of fishing with James Holst He wrote most of the article and slipped in my mug as an inside joke. Surprised me when I got my copy. Pretty cool actually and I am just glad no captions were used. FYI that fish weighed 13.3lb and was not quite 30" long so can imagine the girth on it. Gotta love those Pool 4 walleyes.

Mark, I can only get out this weekend. I'm on call all next week Mon - next Mon, YUCK, but I can use the extra $$.

I thought that was cool too! I'll bring my copy out for an autograph!

The only thing missing on that fish is the NFL logo, a true football walleye!

  I might have missed a guess, but here are the ones that I noted: JerkinLips – March 27th, then April 7th Brianf. – March 28th Bobberwatcher – April…. MikeG3Boat – April 10th SkunkedAgain – early April, then April 21st Definitely a tough year for guesses, as it seemed to be a no-brainer early ice out. Then it got cold and snowed again.
